A killer class that focuses on the booty and the core. It’s filled with exercises designed to round and lift the backside and strengthen and tone the front side. We use weights and the fitness bench as leverage. Women AND men will see increased strength and spinal flexibility. This class is perfect for all levels!


EVERYONE NEEDS THIS CLASS! A mat-based class based on the rehabilitation exercises developed by Joseph Pilates. This class moves through a series that strengthen and stretch the core and realign the spine. It’s a killer workout for the beginner and the experienced athlete alike! No shoes needed.


Athletic choreography and combinations on a fitness bench. Burn a whole lot of calories while increasing muscle tone and endurance. It’ll lift the booty and sculpt the legs at a cardiovascular pace. This class requires coordination and concentration. It is not recommended for beginners.

Total Fat Burn

Interval training with cardio, strength training, and plyometrics all in one class! Studies show that high interval training (short bursts of maximum exertion) is the best way to burn calories in a short amount of time. You’ll use functional, cross training exercises to sculpt muscles, improve agility and stability, strengthen the core and BLAST THE FAT!
